HOW WE SHIP
Free Shipping Across the Continental US
Every eligible order going to the 48 contiguous states ships free — no minimum, no hidden freight charge added at checkout. We know buying a used engine or transmission is already a significant purchase, so we don't pile shipping fees on top of it. Once your payment goes through, we typically get everything processed and out the door within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery from there runs around 5 to 6 business days, though that's an estimate — actual timing depends on where the shipment is headed and which carrier picks it up.
We move parts through FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, and R&L Carriers primarily. Which one handles your order comes down to the size and weight of the part and your delivery location. If you're ordering something like an engine or a transmission — which are freight shipments, not regular parcels — the logistics work a little differently than what most people are used to from standard online shopping. The part travels on a pallet, on a truck, and gets offloaded at your location. That's worth knowing ahead of time so the delivery isn't a surprise.
Lift Gate Service
If you're receiving a heavy part at a residential address or somewhere without a loading dock, you may need lift gate service to get it off the truck. This can be requested during checkout — just flag it, and we'll make sure the carrier is set up for it. We'll also confirm any additional service requirements with you before the order ships, so nothing catches you off guard.
Where We Don't Ship
We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. That's a hard limitation on our end right now, and we understand it's frustrating for customers in those areas. Parts That Need Special Attention
Some parts require specific packaging, extra handling, or have weight and dimensional requirements that affect how they can be shipped. When an order triggers any of those conditions, we'll contact you before it ships to walk through what's involved. If there are any additional costs, you'll know about them before we proceed — we don't surprise people with charges after the fact.

Cards We Accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, you might see an extra verification step — something like a 3D Secure prompt — before the charge goes through. That's your bank adding a layer of protection, not something we control.
